Other Local Wineries & Trail Members

Stone Crest Winery (35 Minutes)
With a love of wine and a passion for farming, our dream to have a vineyard and winery began. We started planting grapes in 2005 and have expanded our vineyard several times since the initial planting. Our name, "Stone Crest," was born out of the combination of our soil and our location on the top of the hillside. Our soil has an abundance of sandstone. Come and sit out by the hillside waterfall and enjoy the sounds of nature while you sip a great glass of wine, or enjoy your wine in our climate-controlled indoor seating area.

French Ridge Vineyards (30 Minutes)
Since the spring of 2001, Scott Buente and his wife Kathy have been operating the French Ridge Vineyard on their property west of Killbuck. After over a decade of harvesting their grapes and selling them to various wine makers, Scott and Kathy are opening their estate and their products to the public for the first time in the form of the French Ridge Winery. It will be the first winery to be owned and operated inside Holmes County.  www.frenchridgevineyards.com/

Rainbow Hills Winery (30 Minutes)
Located a stones throw from the winery you can find Killbuck Creek Distillery.  Rob Ashcraft and Larry Turner founded the KBC Distillery in 2017. Together, they strive to make Ohios' finest liquors, and more importantly – sharing them with you!

Other Interest and Activities Around Coshocton

Our area has so much to offer, whether you’re looking for a fun family vacation, a quiet weekend get-away or some of the best hunting & fishing in the state, you've come to the right place.

We’re also very proud of our historic sites, arts & culture and museums. Coshocton began as the capital of the Delaware Indians and early Moravian missions. We’re also known as the birthplace of specialty advertising, once home to an artists’ colony only second in size to New York City.
